So enjoy in your Burny i hope you will it and that it will serve you well. In mid late 80's i could have USA made guitar for 700US$ that is in today's money like 1500$ new a top of the line guitar.Īnd in my book it is normal to have great guitars under 1000$ today. Well some brands ask a lot more and that is their right.įernandes and some other brands have good prices and When we check out how much guitars were in 80's to me those price are OK that is why i say ''normal prices''. we live in 21 century, guitars are made with CNC and anyone can make amazing guitar already for 500$ and for 1000$ for sure. What i wish t say don't pay attention on prices, they cost that much because in my opinion that is normal price. But actually guitar was killer good and it is beautiful. The Music Swop Shop is located at 145-147 Elgin Street Carlton. That is the only case i have heard in my life. in transport guitar was scratched, since case was old one screw went trough sponge were the handle.Īnyhow he could sell it for bit more to even earn some $, that is the only person that was 1st happy and then i suppose due to some emotional issues he told how they aren't good as another super expensive brand. One dude who is so so friend have took Randy Rhoads Burny form another friend from Russia it was like under 500$ in mint condign with case, together with shipment was a bit over 500$US amazing deal. To some people that is hard to grasp but you seems to me like OK person who don't have problem with that.

You can explain to them that you attempt to buy guitar tell them average wight and ask for tax % plus they might gave you some cool adviceīeside Greco great brands and usually cheaper but equally well built are Aria II LP's and when it comes to quality Burny made amazing guitars in 80's, in my book they were probably the best MIJ LP's from that era.

I'm not questioning the infos you will get from members for sure the will help - i'm only saying that IMHO the US custom office would be the right address. That is the best advice i can give to you to ask custom office of that state aka country. I was ordering guitars from there or other places but for EU countries and honestly only 100% valid info i got from custom office. Ikebe and Fender Japan have some sort of incestuous relationship that has spawned a multitude of one-offs that they sell in store.

In case there aren't then find some number and ask them. Not sure if they do an English site, but if you use google translate you might be able to navigate. Regarding custom etc IMHO the best is to check out the US custom office website if you have one.
